This article is about Clipà.Vu for Desktop v4.0 and up.

Theoretically this situation should never happen. The only explanation is that there is some Windows process that keeps lock on the database file. It might be an another instance of Clipà.Vu itself or any other Windows program.

Please try to end the Clipà.Vu process via your Windows Task Manager and restart Clipà.Vu manually.

Another explanation can be an insufficient disk space. Please check your system drive (typically C:) offers. If it is low on free space then clean up and start Clipà.Vu again.

If the problem does not diminish even after program or computer restart then please contact support@clipa.vu.
